A confirmation notice and an activation code will be emailed to you within three working days once your payment has been confirmed. Please note that you MUST provide a valid email address in order for us to deliver the information to you.

After you have logged into ET-English, you need to click 'Activate Account' on the left menu bar and enter the activation code to activate your account before you can access Study Plan.

To activate your account, you should first become a member of ET-English. Please follow the steps below:
1) Click 'Join Free' in the login box. 2) Fill in the information in the required fields, then click 'Done'. 3) Click 'Activate Account' on the left menu bar. 4) Enter the activation code given to you in the box. Then click 'Next'. top
No. Accounts and/or activation codes are not transferable. It is not advisable to authorise any third party to use your username and password as your account contains private information. Also, sharing an account means you cannot benefit from the features of ET-English that keep track of personal performance, achievement and progress.

If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgotten your password?' under the login box and then enter your username or email address. We will email the password to you. Please make sure that you enter the email address that is associated with your ET-English account.
